Content Creator Apprentice

Eventmasters are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Apprentice with a focus on Content Creation.

We are offering the right candidate a great opportunity to embark on a rewarding career within a leading sports hospitality business. If you have a very good general interest in sport this is an ideal position.

You will be given the opportunity to develop some great marketing skills by working as part of the existing digital marketing team on a wide range of in-house marketing projects. If you have a great work ethic and a passion for digital marketing, social media and sport, please come join our team.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Typical Day in the Job:

• Sourcing and managing data
• General office support
• Creating marketing materials/resources
• Supporting our in-house email marketing team
• Creating social media posts on most major social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
• Creating blog content.
• Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentors and from the Baltic team.

Your Training with Baltic:

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Content Creator.

Eligibility Criteria:

You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.

Salary, Hours & Benefits

£16,000 per annum.

Monday to Friday 9am–5:30pm 100% office based in Birmingham B3

28 days annual leave!

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

A strong interest and understanding of a wide range of sports with a particular passion for either football, cricket, horse racing or rugby.

Excellent understanding of social media platforms and current trends

Excellent level of written and spoken English

Strong communication skills, being proactive, outgoing, a willingness to learn and to ask questions.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Creative flair

Able to generate ideas and put them into practice

Grade 4/C in Maths and English GCSE or Functional Skills equivalent

Existing knowledge of using social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok to create content

Existing knowledge of using Canva or Adobe Suite

Existing knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere or Final Cut or Capcut
