The music festival attracts a star-studded lineup every year, with previous headline acts including Sir Elton John, Shirley Bassey, The Beach Boys, The Jacksons, Tom Jones and Lionel Richie. The floating stage is a spectacular sight to behold and is unlike anything at any other event in the UK.

This year’s Henley Festival will be taking place over the course of five days, from Wednesday 9th July to Sunday 13th July 2025.

Having first taken place in 1983, the UK festival now draws an audience in excess of 30,000 every year! What sets this event apart from other summer festivals is the quality of the food and hospitality on offer, which is given equal billing alongside the world-renowned musical acts.

The line-up for the 2025 Henley Festival has been announced, with the following artists set to headline the event each day: Diana Ross, McFly, Rick Astley, Hacienda Classical, Matteo Bocelli, and  Jamie Cullum.

Diana Ross is one of the world’s most iconic names in the world of music, and her decades long career has seen her perform and produce some of the most famous songs of all time, and she will be the headline act on Wednesday 9th July. Ross will be performing some of her most iconic hits from over the years, including ‘Ain’t No Mountain High Enough’, ‘Stop! In The Name Of Love’, ‘Upside Now’, and ‘I’m Coming Out’.

The other acts performing on Wednesday will see Hetta Falzon, Wonder 45, Ellie Sax, Leila McKenzie, Megan McConnell, No Limits Street Band, Dominos, as well as acclaimed comedian Ivo Graham.

Thursday 10th July will be the second day of the long awaited Henley Festival. The headline act on this day will be McFly, and they will be on stage performing their fantastic hits from their iconic album ‘Five Colours in Her Hair’, and there will also be songs from their 2023 rock album ‘Power To Play’.

Ellie Sax will be performing once more on Tuesday, with other acts on day two including Darcy Winter, Luisa Santiago, Jonny Morgan, BB3, James Hudson, as well as world renowned comedian Ed Byrne.

The fantastic music does not stop on day three, with headline act Rick Astley take to the stage on Friday 11th July. An icon of the world of music, he will be performing some of his most famous songs in a thrilling and entertaining gig. He is of course famous for a number of songs, chief of which is 1987’s ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’. In his career he has had eight consecutive Top Ten hits in the UK, as well as no less than 40 million record sales. His latest album, ‘Are We There Yet’, was released back in 2023, and it peaked at number two in the UK’s Album Chart.

Astley will be joined on Friday by the likes of Naima Adams, Andres Cruz, White Lakes, The Revue, Natty Congeroo And The Flames Of Rhythm, Pure Heaven, Jo Whiley’s Festival Anthems, as well as comedian Matt Forde.

The penultimate day of this incredible festival will be taking place on Saturday 12th July 2025. Hacienda Classical will be the headline act, and they will be performing some classic dance tracks, and it will see performances from special guests and vocalists. This is curated by Graeme Park, with involvement from the Manchester Camerata Orchestra.

Pure Heaven will return on this day, performing alongside Tony Mac, Tor Hills, High Windows, Jazz and the Tonics, Datura Roots Collective, and comedian Rob Auton.

The fifth and final day of the 2025 Henley Festival will be taking place on Sunday 13th July 2025, where there will be two headline acts, in the form of Matteo Bocelli and Jamie Cullum. Starting with Bocelli, he is a global music icon, and he is performing at Henley as part of his ‘Summer Nights’ European Tour for this year, and he will perform some of his best known hits.

As for Jamie Cullum, he too will performing some of his best known songs on Sunday. He is well known for his unique blend of genres that includes Jazz, Pop, and Rock. His major breakthrough album was ‘Twentysomething’, and is one of the best selling albums of all time in the UK. He has since gone on to sell millions of records worldwide.

The other fantastic acts to perform on day five includes Conor McLain, Kavalla, Yolanda Brown – Bob Marley Songbook, Big Bike Orchestra, the No Limits Street Band, as well as acclaimed comedian Alistair McGowan.

Henley Festival Initiative

Henley partners with Davis Tate and the Henley Standard and will pump a percentage of the Festival proceeds back into the local economy.

To coincide with their 40th anniversary in 2022, Henley Festival launched a new charitable initiative dubbed RISE to give talented individuals and groups the opportunity to nurture their creativity and step into the world of performance.

Henley-on-Thames Parking

Car parks for the Henley Festival will open from 4pm.

You will be directed to either Car Park 1 or Car Park 2 and to the next available parking space by booking in advance. You can leave your vehicle in the car park overnight until midday the following day, Sunday included. Henley Festival cannot take responsibility for vehicles left in the car park.

Free parking is available for Family Sunday only. Car park 1 will open at 9:30am but all cars must be removed by 2pm.
